draft vent motor for Duomatic Olsen HMS72-D
I have a Duomatic Olsen HMS72-D forced air natural gas furnace. I am having problems with the blower that induces draft for the burners. I do not have any PVC pipes running to or from the furnace. It was manufactured in 1985. The motor freezes up after sitting overnight. It can be moved but with a good amount of resistance. I squirt a little oil into it and it seems to run fine but I don't think I am using the correct oil, just something I had on hand. I think the bearings are no good in it. I am having some estimates for a new furnace on Monday. Any idea where I can find a replacement motor or isn't it made anymore?

That furnace is obsolete and should be replaced. ROTOM makes aftermarket ventor fans if you can find someone who sells them. Try here:http://www.alltemp.ca/index.php
