Draft Inducer question

Have a 14 year old Bryant system. Noticed the draft inducer motor keeps running after the unit kicks off. Is the motor bad or is it something in the main board? Should the draft inducer run when A/C is on? Thought it was for heat only. Thanks!

No it should only run on a call for heat. you either have a bad furnace control board or my guess would be a inducer control board. (located behind presure switch box I believe)

Thanks. Had the control board replaced last fall. Can I unplug it so it doesn't run all the time? Everything elses runs fine. Inside and outside units.

Yes you can unplug it.
