Downdraft Ac

I was wondering if it is possible to install a downdraft ac unit in my attic. My house is all infloor heat and i do have a cooler and a downdraft furance. Whould it work in the attic while running ducts out of the ceilings in each of the rooms?

Downdraft Ac

I have one installed in my attic for the second floor. Split-system. Condenser is on the ground.
