Do you guys see a problem with DIY installin' a trade termastat?

Do you guys see a problem with DIY installin' a trade thermastat?

It's factory configured to work fine for the common single stage heat/cool/fan system and of course you're not going to understand what "220" means unless you read the manual or you have specific knowledge of the product from experience, but other than that, its not really a "pro install" material.

It's only a means of product differentiation and a way for contractors to make $$$. Vision 8000 Pro TH8110 single stage can be had for <$100, but you're going to spend over $300 to have a "pro install".

No problem there. Its when guys with no Pro experience start workin with the gas line or critical safety components that I have a major concern.
