DIY AC repair?
 
Anyone ever try to repair your own AC condenser of your house? Can anyone give me any insight or tips on changing out my contractor in my Carrier unit. I already changed the capacitor and the unit still doesn't work, so I am going to attempt to change the contractor to see if that's the problem. Is there anything else I should try if a new contractor doesn't work before I make a service call? Thanks!

Post what is wrong before you start changing componets.
