Yes you will lose oil. And it will probably require a recovery machine o get all the refrigerant out. unless it very low on charge.

You can't recover refrigerant with a vacuum pump and a tank. The only way to do it is to use a recovery machine. As others have said, if you're in the business then buy the tools to do things the right way. If you're not, then hire someone to do things the right way.
