Digit stat 1 Problems

For my central heating I have Drayton Digistat 1 (http://www.jtmplumbing.co.uk/drayton...tat-1-4118.htm) .

The heating has goes off but the digistat is still on and It is not the batteries but the connection it self.
if i hold the draw in it connects to the boiler to turn on the heating but the minute i let go (the draw drops a little) the connection between the stat and boiler does.
is there any solutions as i dont want a constant celiotaped stat that doesnt hang in its fitting??
Thank you very much if you can helo
