Which diagram to use on Lenox Thermostat wiring setup? Heat Pump Lenox techs needed

I just installed a Lenox a/c and heat pump unit in my house. Everything is ready to go except for wiring up the thermostat to the outside unit and the air handler. I have the Lenox, 13HPD outside unit, CD26UH-024-R Air Handler unit with the Heat Strips ECB26-10CB-P.

I have the manual for each of these. Unfortunately, the air handler manual shows how to wire the thermostat one way and the outside unit and heat strips show to wire it another way. Also I am not sure what emergency heat is. I have the heat strips but I am not sure if this is what they mean by emergency heat.

Please let me know which wiring diagram is correct for my application. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

The first picture is the wiring diagram from the air handler manual.
Pics 2 & 3 are from the outside units manual.
The last picture of a diagram is from the heat strips manual.

FYI: I have called Lenox 3 different times and received 3 different answers. First I was told I have emergency heat, then I was told I don't have emergency heat just auxillary electric heat strips.
