dayton 6k393ab vs dayton6k393bb

hey guys/gals,

Today i switched out my dead motor on my exhaust fan (not fun)

my question is:

does anyone know the difference in the two models listed in the title?

the only difference i saw was the capacitor sizes (ab has one big one small BB has two big ones) and the length of the unit.

As long as i connect the wires correctly i should have a problem correct? thanks for the help!

david

also the description for both units are exactly the same RPM Volts HP.. but the old amp was 21/11.3-10.5 the new one is 20.2/10.7-10.1...

so its the same but draws less amps... i should be ok right?

The new one may be a lower horse power or more efficient. Can't say which from here.
