CY gets no voltage


I get voltage on CR = 27v
I get 124 v on black/blue/red/yellow + white

but I get no vol on CY

what does that mean

My blower motor will not run....

CY gets no voltage


put system off and FAN on. You should get R-G 24V.

With the fan switch to on.
R to G should not read 24 volts, as its a closed circuit.
