Could use some assistance wiring my thermostat

If anyone can help me,im just not sure where to connect blue on the new unit. Also, do i need the jumper between w and y on the new like that?

Blue will go to the new stat's O/B terminal. No you don't need to jumper W to Y on the new stat.

ok I did it like you suggested. Blue to O/B, and no jumper between Y and W.

But now the A/C is blowing warm air. Any ideas?

If your outdoor unit is a Rheem/Ruud, then se the O/B to energize for heat. if its any other brand, then O/B energizes for cooling.

Outdoor unitis a Comfortmaker.

you need to read your manual and go into the settings and set it up for heat pump without aux heat
