Possible. Has it always been like this? Could it also be that the duct is in the attic, and its the attic temp causing the high supply air temp.

just the last couple of days...and yes the duct is in the attic but with an attic fan so its only about 85-90 in there..also notice that there is a very little amount of water coming from the drain line...

fixed orifice, sh, saturation, sh, dew point, relative humidity, ambient.clues, my friend, but for basic's sake, remove the door from the furnace and remove the return air filter, you know it's plugged.

have your condensing coil professionally cleaned as well. heat rejection first and foremost.

make sure your not sucking in attic air on that return in the air handler? what is the return air temp at the filter or return grill in the ceiling...that temp change on the supply air is the sun and days temps swinging on the house and condenser.when was the last time Freon was added...condenser is clean

I wouldn't worry about it as long as the equipment has the normal maintenance. It's called temperature pressure relationship. In the morning the pressure inside the system is lower due to ambient temperatures and lower condensing pressure which in turn lower the discharge air temperature. Plus the house has a low load on it and the evaporator/coil pressure and temperature are lower= lower temperature in the morning.

everything is super clean.....just concerned that the coldest air coming out of the supply is 61-62 when its only 72-75 out in morning...also the return air temp at the ceiling is the same as the temp on the tsat....

I'd have it looked at. To make sure the charge is ok.

Let us know what he finds.

PS: On his gauge set/manifold. There is no "Charge ok" reading. Pressure and line temps(to know super heat and sub cool values) are needed to determine if the charge is where it should be or not.
