convert a lp to NG??

found a 2004 Tappen 6o,ooo BTU furnace for use in a small rental about 880 square feet,,,no basement,,all one floor,,ranch style.

Is this furnace big enough? How large of house will a 60K furnace handle?

How hard to convert lp to NG, ball park number to do it??

ad says 92% so does that make it a pvc vent??

located in northern Nebraska if that makes a difference.
