Controlling 2 zones with 1 thermostat

I am looking into getting the Honeywell Prestige 2.0 Thermostat system. Right now I have a two zone system in my house, upstairs and downstairs. Each zone is controlled by its own thermostat. I would like to install the honeywell system with the remote indoor sensors and do away with one of the thermostats. I would like to know if this is possible. Can the one Honeywell thermostat controll the dampers through the zone controller and adjust the zone temperatures individually?
