Consolidated Home AC/Heater Blower Motor

I have a Consolidated home furnace installed 1997, model ST9141B1001, and the a/c blower works and then shuts off, apparently of overheating. I was told the blower is obsolete and finding a new motor unlikely. A new furnace was suggested at $2300. Can some other blower motor be used or is there a place that sells old Con. motors, since Cosold. is out of business? It seems crazy and expensive to replace the whole unit for a motor.

You can use standard motor. You need all the specs:

RPM
Voltage
HP:
Amp
Frame:
etc
