Connecting one outdoor temperature sensor to two thermostats

Is it possible to use one sensor for two thermostats? When I connect the sensor to one it works fine. When I connect to two the temp reads very low. Guessing there is a wiring fix for this, but I'm clueless.

Any thoughts?
