Condensor fan motor- TRANE replacement?

Hey folks, my 30 year old TRANE's HVAC condensor motor recently burned out. It's for a condo unit.

The motor is part DE3d255N alternative part #70500078

It's a 1/60 HP and 115V motor.

I've had the hardest time finding a replacement. I attempted to get help on the HVAC site, but they said it's considered "DIY" even if I just want to purchase the part and then hire the contractor.

Thing is, Trane only sells the "complete tray" which somehow boosts the price up of a $60 motor and $20 blade to $800 + the labor.

I don't mind paying the labor but I know a replacement motor isn't that expensive.

Anyway, if anyone's holding or knows where I can get part replacement #'s or a decent vendor, please let me know.

Condensor fan motor- TRANE replacement?

Our factory system shows that the correct OEM replacement for your old motor is MOT1878 and it is a 1/30HP 115V 1100 RPM 3 Spd Motor. Not a condenser motor.
