Condenser fan that is slow spinning

I have a condenser fan that is moving very slowly. I went straight to the cap and I believe that is the problem. The cap is a 45/5. The numbers read as follows:21/1.7 Let me know If I am correct on this.

That would be a bad/weak capacitor.

I changed out the cap. and it is working fine. The subcool is 8 and the superheat is 30. Lowside saturation is 46 degree's 140 psi. High side is 305 and 132 degrees saturation. 410 refrigerant. I think the unit is low.

Condenser fan that is slow spinning

Just seems a little low on refrigerant. Is it because of the high superheat?

At 140PSIG suction, it doesn't sound low. What was the indoor temp and humidity, and the outdoor temp when you took these measurements.

The indoor temp. was 82 degree's when I arrived at the home. I changed the cap. and turned on the unit. The unit came on and waited about 15 min. before checking pressures. Outside temp. was 85 degree's. I did the sub-cool and superheat. Subcool was 8 degree's which fall's between 2-10. So I was taught. The superheat was 30 degree's ,which should fall between 10-20. I did not check humidity. I did check the filter/drier between each side and it was 3 degree's different, which I was taaught that it could be no more than 6 degree's. Thanks for the help.

A liquid line filter drier with a 3 degree delta across it is in need of replacement. Its too restricted. It should have no temp delta across it.
