condensation issues

Got condensation on a grill. Room has drop ceiling acoustical tile.

Will it help to insulate the boot really well? If not, any suggestions?

Yes, you can insulate the boot, and that should be done. However, condensate at the grill face is often caused by low air flow. Check filters, evaporater coils, blower, etc etc to insure they're clean.

also make sure you have adequate return air to promote air flow

condensation should only occur when system is first turned on then stop once room is cooled down and humidity is lowered
