The ceiling of my flat full of drops of water/condensation and this making wet floor. This situationn is due to the strong air conditioning of the supermarket above our flat. What can I do to prevent the condensation in the ceiling.
I believe that the problem is rather temperature difference. The air in flat is warm and humid, and supermarket above is cold. (Living under a supermarket? Yeouch!!!).
Adding some extra insulation would help, but that is a rather destructive process. Though I believe a series of small holes along either market floor or apartment's ceiling would to blow insulation in.
Unless you own the building, getting the supermarket to cool less is highly unlikely.
Best option, IMO:
You could do something about your own air. Put in a dehumidifier to remove excess moisture. It ends up on your ceiling/floor anyway.
