Condensation in the crawl space around AC vent

I have a AC vent that comes thru the crawl space to the bottom of a sink in the bathroom. The vent opening is not normal; it kind of closed with sink cabinet doors but have an open space. We noticed wetness in the crawl space at the base of the vent and around it. Called a plumber and he couldn't find any water leaks. Now wondering, if it has anything to do with condensation...any wisdom?

Could be from the vent. Seal the area where it comes through the floor.
