Condensate Pump frequency

Recently, the condensate pump on our furnace has been running quite a lot. It runs for 1 second, off for 5 seconds, on for 1 second, off for 5 seconds, etc...

It has gotten colder here the last couple days, so the furnace has been doing more work than usual, but I still wonder if there's something amiss. Any tips?

It is not working properly. Should cut in and run for at least 30 seconds and take about 5 minutes to cut back in with the average furnace going steady. Probably the float switch is damaged. Going to need a new pump soon.
