Condensate Drain Pan Leak

My AHU is located in my attic crawl space and the condensate drain pan has been leaking for some time. I have a bucket to collect water but have to dump it quite often, especially during summer.

We poured water in through the drain and it seems to have flowed through the pipe to the bathroom below. I've tried some treatment tablets and it still seems to leak. Also, there's plastic pipe that drains to the outside of the house that has been dripping water. I guess I can try to use compressed air. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks much!
