Concord furnace

We have a Concord 80% efficient furnace. The furnace will turn on, the fan will run, the glow coil will light, the gas valve opens and the burners light. After 2-3 seconds they shut down. I have already cleaned the sensor with steel wool and even replaced it with a sensor out of an identical furnace that is running. Any ideas of what else I can look at that may be causing the problem?

Does the wire coming to the flame sensor have a cut or any damage? It does sound as if the control isn't getting current back from the flame rod.

Thanks. I ended up replacing the sensor and it works now. When I tried the second sensor, it didn't work but a new one did.
