Compressor swap

I have two Ruud units that need compressors.
One is a 9 year old heat pump the other is a 13 year old A/C unit.
I picked up a new scroll compressor on the cheap, it was in a scratch and dent Amana A/C unit that was parted out.
The new compressor is model number ZR22K4-PFV-930 http://www.johnstonesupply.com/Onlin...t_Code=B93-407

The A/C compressor model number is ZR24-PFV-230

The heat pump compressor number has faded away, the unit model number is RPKA-25-JAZ

Looks like my compressor is`a tad smaller then the two Ruud units compressors.

Would there be any problems swaping out the compressor in any of the two Ruud units?
