Compressor/ fan won t start

there is 110 v coming to each wire at the pressure control but nothing is showing across the terminal

When closed it should have 0 volts across its terminals.

Thank you to all for helping me with this.

I figured it out and the cooler is now working as it is supposed to.

Just for your info, one of the wire of the pressure controller was a little loose prob from transport and moving and not making contact as it is suppose to. ( I have to admit that I should have check that in the first place )

i reset it and now the compressor fires up like a charm.
