Common Duct Sizes?

I realize that to have an accurate size, one needs to do the numbers through the manual J. I can't do that right now....

So....what are the common sizes of duct you would typically run to a bedroom that is around 100 sq ft....?

And to a family room that is around 250 sq ft?

Based on input you gave me in a previous thread...I'll be doing metal ducts...not flexible....

You said common. All of those sizes are common depending on room set up/construction.

Since no real description of the room construction, I gave common sizes for multiple types of construction and room orientations.
