Coleman Leaky Coils

I purchased 2 Coleman units in Dec. 2007. Both have leaky
coils. The coils were replaced in March 2009. Now, both these coils are leaking. It has now been 6 weeks since the last charge and they were both down 3 lbs. Johnson Controls says they have good coils from a different batch.
They will not replace our units. By having a 3rd set of coils installed will this have any long term damage on our units.
Should we sue for new units? I am concerned that our efficiency and electrical savings will be diminished.

As long as your contractor is good. No loss in efficiency.
