ty bob i think that i resolved my problem with the pointers that i got form you and this site
i think that it may help a lot of other people with the same problem. My main problem was maintenance on my unit like most people that are not familiar with hvac systems i have not clean the furnace in the 5 years that I've been in my house and that coused everything alse to get really dirty. so the first thing i did was to clean up the entire unit and then i proceded to take the high limit switch out of its place and cleaned it to after puting it back and reestarting my unit ots working like new
if any one like to get more info or want some pics of what im talking about let me know and i'l post them for you
