Cold Air from Ceiling Vent and Bathroom Fan

I have:

a newer gas furnace
port package (I live near an airport so my house is airtight, quad paned windows)
a ceiling vent about 50 feet from the furnace (cold air coming from it all of the sudden)
a bathroom fan (suddenly cold air coming from it)
a vent in the wall at opposite sides of the house, that can be opened or closed (I closed them earlier in the winter because cold air was coming from them
a damper switch on the furnace (my two old may have switched it off from on, I dont know)
a fan switch on the furnace

Question : why is cold air suddenly coming from the ceiling vent and bathroom exhaust fan
