Cold Air

My bathroom off my master bedroom is very cold and drafty. 3 walls are exposed to outside walls. I have 3 heating supply ducts in room. 2 exposed to outside walls and 1 in ceiling. Cold air comes out of ducts on outside walls when heating system is off. Duct in ceiling no draft. The floor is slab with tile floor.2 windows. I can feel very cold air coming from ducts when very cold outside. House is only 7 years old, also my bedroom ducts that are in outside walls are drafty and cold air coming in. What can i do to stop the cold air from coming in. Need Help
