Changing Thermostat

Hello,

I'm trying to change out my old Honeywell thermostat, but getting real confuse on which one to get.
Here's what I have now.

Honeywell (can't find model anywhere on it) thermostat
120v
2 wire coming out of the wall

Heater
Hot water pump that circulate the whole house.
Pump is 0.75Amp (very small pump found in Home-depot)

I've check many sites but only found those line-voltage thermostat for dashboard electric heater. Can they be use for pump as well ?

Preferablly something that's programmable and has some kind of digital security keypad lock or something. (tennant don't understand heating bill cost 1/3 of the rent they're paying )

Would really appreciated if anyone can point me in the right direction.

The unfortunate thing about your request, they have not spent alot of time and effort promoting or even advancing much on a line voltage thermostat. The only thing you have to remember when buying one is to make sure you get one with the same amperage rating. If you get one with a lower amperage rating it will continually fail you. There are ways to convert this to a 24 volt system by using a transformer a 90290 relay and then you could put a programmable stat on it. It would not take a lot of money to do so but it will be more than another line voltage thermostat. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
