Changing Garage Door Locks

I have a up & over door that has a cable to the top which seems to be a single locking point, the door blows open in high winds. The door lock and pull out opening lever is at the centre point of the door.

Is it possible to change the lock and handle to a four point locking system using the same point for a new lock and handle or is their a simpler way to solve the problem?

Many Thanks Pete
