Central Heat Blowing Cold Please Help

Last winter my mother had her combi boiler replaced with a GE PG series hot water heater and Burnham Series 2 gas boiler. After the install, the central heat worked well but the baseboard heaters downstairs were off a few degrees, i.e. if the thermostat was set to 70 it would only reach 65. The central air conditioning worked over the summer.

This year I have the central heat set for 72 but the air coming from the vents is not warm at all and the house is not getting heated(temp stays at 66 even after hours of running the heat on auto). However, the baseboard heaters downstairs are on and around 75 degrees even if I set the thermostat to 50.

Hot water works and the boiler is definitely lit. Any ideas on what's going on? Thanks for looking.
