central air question

I recently bought a home with central air. I was curious what the spec's were on the unit, such as btu's, seers etc, but I ca'nt find any info on it on the net.
on the plate it says
International comfort products corporation
model # ACS030A2C1 model # FBA030GC1
Serial # L9807-29250, can anyone help me find these specs or even an owners manual.
thank you
