Carrier/ Payne FAU Gas lockout, codes 31, 33 and 13

I have an older, (emphasize older) FAU unit that has issues every winter when I start it up after it sits over the summer. I have replaced many parts and just replaced the control board. Symptoms: blower starts, 90 seconds, then goes off. inducer fan did come on, but now won't. Am getting a 31 code now, but have gotten 33 and 13. I have checked for blockages and the list under code 31, but am becoming frustrated. Right after replacing the control board, it fired right up and worked for hours, then I turned down the thermostat for the night and now it won't come back on. I checked the reset buttons & the vacume switch, nothing tripped I could find and Vswitch seems to be working. Now I don't know what to do. Seems like there's a gas lockout. Because it's so old, should I check the heat exchanger cell for carbon, etc & possibly clean it? Maybe the limit switch is bad? Thanks

Jump the stat and see if it will come on if it dont then you may just need a new stat. The pannel should tell you what the codes are and check the tube on the inducer motor for any breaks or cracks.

It woud appear that the pressure switch is not "working" if the inducer is not coming on, right? Right.

Carrier boards recognize when power has been cut to the unit, thus comes code 12 and the blower running for 90 seconds first before the heat cycle.

Reset the power to the unit, turn the breaker off for a few seconds. See if it fires back up. Again, it will run the blower first for 90 seconds then go into heat by way if inducer.
