Not if they are VS blowers. One will fight the other.

Best to keep them separate.

Yes I know, the VS fan will fight betwen, but, the question is this, the computer, or the mother board, has capabilities to recognize two systems like Comfort Zone II, and name it like system 01 and system 02 and to have 4 stages cooling, including to make the fan cfm setings in accordance with this new arrangement?

You'll end up with expensive motor replacements.

The blowers will fight each other, no matter what your zone control can handle.

VS blowers are not designed to be twinned.

Even PSC blowers are suppose to be set to the same air flow, and run at the same time on any call from the thermostat. Weather its a small zone, or the whole house calling.

Separate the duct systems. Use 2 zone controls. Much cheaper then $2000.00 every few years replacing VS blower motors.
