Carrier infinity 96 venting

I need to move an existing exterior vent .The unit is a Carrier 96 infinity and the dual vent terminates on the exterior way to low for the snow we get. What are some suggestions for this as it looks the kit supplied is a complete unit and doesn't look as if it will move easily? Thanks.

It is a kit the inner pipe is outlet the outer pipe is the inlet for the furnace. you can run these in seperate pipes. they then can be elbowed up above snow level and the elbowed back down to prevent rain water getting in. the rain water does not effect the outlet from the furnace but will effect the inlet. They have to be 3 feet apart when done this way. It also does not look the best. you have to use long raidus elbows and non foam core pvc pipe. Each elbow adds the equivilant of 6 feet of pipe so you will need to make sure you are not exceeding the venting distance. The carts are in the installation instructions.
