Carrier heatpump, when in AC the blower is not turning off

JJboy, that is the board. My hvac buddies where telling me to change the board. I'm on the same page here with you, I don't think it can be the board, since there is really nothing there to go bad, no dark burn marks or any sign something has burnt. So I think I've eliminated the thermostat which leaves on thing, the module on the back of the motor. Grrrrrrrr, mine happens to be an odd-ball RMOD44AE119. Very few sources and quit expensive.
Does that make since to you?

Ok..so you have a variable speed then.
The blower doesn't need a call on g to run. It will run on the Y signal. There is a cooling fan delay jumper on the board. I would move it to enhanced (enh).

JJboy posted the board. The blower motor has a housing with control module on the back look like this
The second level, that you cant see has small coils and memory chips or e-proms.

Yes it variable speed. If you post a pic of the board so we can see the jumpers and tell you where to put them.

There is a grey wire that is on the 90/0 terminal now. Which in the pic is the left side terminal, I see enhanched on theright

I have some kind of ecm variable speed tester thingamajig. I think you simply hook it up low voltage straight to the motor and control it on and off as such, bypassing in house control wiring.

I've never used it to date so not really sure, it's just collecting dust in the truck.

Top slot is auxillary heat size. It should tell the kw on heater plate
Next slot is condenser size-look on condenser for model number if it is still there

Set the next one for heat pump -eff

Next set cfm at low

Lastly set for enh(anced)

You my friend are THE MAN!
They where all hooked up wrong except for CFM. The installer just went to the first pin on the right and hooked them up. (board is upside down) What an idiot!
Only one I'm not sure of is the condenser hp, I'll pull the cover off in the morning and get that.

The AC fan still will not cycle off, wonder if the incorrect hook up has screwed something up in the fan control?

I need to look at the thermostat wiring also.

Checked the thermostat wiring at the board, the O wire was hooked to Y/Y2. Changed to O to O and the darn thing works perfectly! SOOO much quieter in AC mode!
I am jumping up and down yelling "it's fixed!"
