Carrier Heat Pump model FV4B

My heat pump (4 years old) was working on our coldest night and then just stopped. I thought it might have been the circuit, but it wasn't. Digitall thermostat is blank. Don't know much about the system, seems like it could be a fuse, but not familiar with the system. Any suggestions?

check in the blower area for a control board with a fuse.
