Carrier "gas pack" won't ignite

I have a carrier gas pack. I turned it on for heat and the combustion motor comes on, I can hear the ignitor engage, I have 27volts on the gas valve, but no flame. Last season I had a new circuit board installed, and a new ignitor installed. Also had new burners installed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. I am an electrician so I do know some basics of the system.

Anyone who attempts to reply, thank you anyway, but I found the problem. Earwigs blocking the oriface in the gas line going to the burners. Cleaned it out and seems to be working fine now. Thanks ahead of time
