Carrier furnace - Code 42

I am getting an inducer motor failed to reach speed failure. The inducer motor never starts. There is 120v at the plug. The motor assembly has been replaced. No water problems. Ran component test and only 42 code comes up. Ran in emergency heat mode and main blower ran at high speed, nothing at the inducer. Any suggestions on the next step???

120 volts at the motor plug ? If so you need a new motor, if this is a varible speed motor and you say it allready has been replaced you might be looking at a new circuit board. whats the model # ?

This is a variable speed from GE Motors, ECM ,4000 rpm. There are 6 leads to motor assembly.120v w/ground and three additional going to the control board. Am I right in assuming they are some sort of speed signal originating in the CPU?
