Carrier Furnace

Have a Carrier furnace - 58 RAV - when furnace turns on - exhaust motor starts; furnace ignites; relay to blower clicks but motor doesn't start - just hums. Then furnace turns off.
Is this a blower capacitor issue ?

Carrier Furnace

5% of the time yes, 95% of the time the motor is worn and seizing up. Try spin it by hand with the power off and see if it is stiff. Should be able to turn it easily with one finger.
