Carrier Duct Free "through the wall" Heating and Cooling System

I have a Carrier Duct Free "through the wall" Heating and Cooling System model # 52cqb515331aa that is not heating up anymore. I am not sure if the ac is working or not as it is already cool in the room and I can't tell for sure.

Any ideas? Does it need a charge? Is the capacitor bad?

Any help would be appreciated.

Eric
