Carrier air handler model FK4D HK61EA005?

Hi My thermostat in my living room is going on and off, (Display),since i have two zones in my house , I removed my thermostat in my bedroom and installed it in my living room and it did the same power on and off. I installed the thermostat in my bedroom tryed both and they worked fine. I check my fuse on my HK61EA005 circuit board it was good. I found two diodes bad ordered a new board and the unit worked great for two days, and started doing the same power on and off at thermostat display.I did A voltage check at my transformer it was getting 208 volts I did notice on the secondary it was getting between 21 and 24 volts, I haven't order a transformer yet, but wondering if anyone could help me out? I did reinstalled the old ciruit card just to see if the display on my thermostat wil go on and off and it was dead no power at all, so I reinstalled the new card, display was going on and off. I just wanted to ad about my thermostat display when I stated that it go's on and off, what happens the display go's blank and then the display reappears with ac temps ,not on long enough to start air handler. I hope I can get advice on what else to check. Thank you. Mike

Could have a short in your wiring overloading the board.
