Carrier 58SXA issue

I have a good one. The Carrier 58SXA Gas-Fired Condensing Furnace that I have is having a strange issue. The Circulating Air Blower will not turn off. Regardless of what I do with the T-stat, the circulating air blower stays on, including disconnect the control wiring. Additionally, I can not get the furnace to come on. I am suspecting a relay has fried but I don't see anything obviously wrong. Any suggestions?
