Can't find the air filter

OK lets see if I can help you.I dont have a spec sheet on that equipment but if I had some info ,It wont be a problem. From your post I'm assuming theat you have a furnace.if the furnace is an upflow design in a home, the filter could be inside the furnace door or panel itself.remove the front covers of the system and the filter should be inside there. If the furnace air flow is in the downflow position, like in a mobile home theres a frame above the air intake.Look at the setup you have and also how the air is coming inot your home will help to.Is the air coming out of the floor,do you have registers in the cieling pushing the air to the floor or do you have a soffit take off system where the air comes out of the side of thewalls up by the cieling?a few bits of info that can identify the air distribution system you own.

Can't find the air filter

You may need to be looking for just the filter rack. I often come across olsens(especially down or counterflow) models without filters because of the difficulty people have had with changing the filters. Many landlords who have been repeatedly called in for furnace complaints that have been caused from dirt plugged filters, have simply removed them.
The filter will be close to the fan motor. If the fan motor is in the upper part of the furnace then the filter rack will be in the top compartment or you might have a customized filter rack with external access immediately above the furnace.
If the motor is in the bottom of the furnace then the rack will be in the compartment that houses that motor or immediately beside it.
