Can you use a 1.5 ductless condenser to replace a 1.5 ton standard condenser

I dont think a transformer will solve all your problems Doc. If the question is whether the compressor will work I think the answer is yes. If its whether a 1.5-ton condensing unit will work with a standard low-voltage control for AC unit I would say maybee. If its going to remain a heat pump I would say you have some considerable control work to do. Not impossible but its definately not a drop-in replacement. Most definately not a do it yourself project.
