Cadet wall heater

I need some opionions on installing a cadet wall heater on a 2x4 studded exterior wall. I know it is best to install these on interior walls but in our application an exterior wall works the best. A few issues come to mind on the exterior wall application: condensation, dealing with insulation issues and fitting the heater in a 2x4 wall. The heater depth (with front grate) is 4" so I think I should be OK with the 2x4 wall. Do you guys think it is doable? I would have the heater on a dedicated 240 circuit with a seperate thermostat. Thanks
