Do the registers in those rooms have dampers in them you can choke down.

What happens if you switch the fan to be on all the time?

Re: A/C too cold

the fan is stuffy depending on the weather outside. its a matter of imbalance between small rooms and larger rooms. we need the a/c definitely for the larger rooms and not as much for the smaller rooms.
for eg.
1. the washroom is freezing when the a/c is on.
2. the home office where i spent most of my time is freezing(1 have 2 vents in this room which is half size of my bedroom). i need to wear my fluffy robe to keep warm when the weather outside is 90 degres.
I need a good balance.

Right, your system isn't balanced so we're trying to help you do that. Dampers could have helped and sometimes running the fan all the time helps circulate the air better to even out the temperatures.

Re: A/C too cold

running the fan all the time is wasteful and re-evaporates moisture off the coil when the unit shuts off.

Get registers with built in dampers and partially close them off in rooms that are too cold.
